Terms of service
1. Who we are
This online store is operated by Layer-haus, owner Paulo Henrique Francelino Bezerra, Elisabethstraße 61, 12683 Berlin-Bezirk Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Germany. Email info@layer-haus.shop, phone +49 1521 6247467.
These terms apply to every order placed through this store. By completing an order you accept them.
2. Our products
We sell digital design bundles. Every product is a set of files delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.
3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email or make your files available, whichever happens first.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Your files are delivered by email, or through a secure download link, immediately after your payment is confirmed. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, and check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
6. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. See our Refund policy for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. What you may do with the files
When you buy a bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the files for your own personal and commercial projects.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or give away the files as they are;
- sublicense them, or offer them as part of another stock or template library;
- claim authorship of the original designs.
We keep the copyright in all files at all times.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving a correct email address, for keeping your downloaded files safe, and for making sure your device and software can open them.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the store and downloads available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or withdraw products at any time; this does not affect purchases already made.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only where an essential contractual obligation is breached, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.
11. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
12. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
