Every product in this store is digital. There is no parcel, no courier and no delivery address required, anywhere in the world.

No shipping costs

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No shipping, handling or customs charges are added.

How you receive your files

• Your files are sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
• Delivery is immediate once your payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes.
• In the rare case that an order needs a manual check, delivery can take up to 24 hours.

If your files do not arrive

3. Still nothing? Email info@layer-haus.shop with your order number and we will resend your files.

Wrong email address

If you entered the wrong email address, contact us at info@layer-haus.shop. We will resend your order to the correct address at no extra cost.
