14-day refund guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order, for any reason. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Email info@layer-haus.shop within 14 days of your purchase and include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to fill in a form or call us.

How refunds are processed

• We confirm your request by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
• The refund is issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are completed within 14 days of us receiving your request.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Returns

All our products are digital files delivered by email. There is nothing to ship back, so no return is needed and no return costs apply.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the files ends. We ask that you delete any copies you have downloaded and stop using the files in your projects.

Problems with your files

If a download link does not work, a file is damaged, or you did not receive your delivery email, contact us first at info@layer-haus.shop. We will usually fix it straight away, and a refund remains available to you either way.

Your statutory consumer rights under German and EU law are not affected by this policy.
