Buying from Layer-haus takes about a minute

Everything we sell is digital. There is no parcel, no waiting and no shipping cost — your files land in your inbox as soon as your payment goes through.

Step 1 — Choose your pack

Browse the Standard and Premium bundles and pick the one that fits your project. Each pack shows exactly what it costs, with no extras added at checkout. Prices start at €29,99.

Step 2 — Check out securely

Add your pack to the cart and pay with any of the methods shown at checkout. Payments run through an encrypted, verified payment platform — we never see or store your card details. You do not need to create an account.

The only detail that really matters is your email address, because that is where your files are sent. Please double-check it before you pay.

Step 3 — Your files arrive by email

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your download. This normally takes a few minutes. If an order needs a manual check, it can take up to 24 hours — but that is rare.

Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery address to enter and no shipping fee to pay.

Step 4 — Use them in your work

Download your files and keep them. Your licence covers personal and commercial projects, and it does not expire. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the files themselves — the full wording is in our Terms of service.

Common questions

When exactly do I get my files?

Within a few minutes of paying, in almost every case. Check your spam and promotions folders if nothing has appeared after 15 minutes.

Nothing arrived. What now?

Search your inbox for "Layer-haus" first. If it is genuinely not there, email info@layer-haus.shop with your order number and we will resend it.

I used the wrong email address at checkout.

Message us and we will resend your order to the right address, free of charge.

Can I use the designs for client or commercial work?

Yes. Personal and commercial use are both included. You may not resell or share the original files as they are.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest — your email address is all we need.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-off purchase, and what you download stays yours.
